Enrollment
How do I enroll in a program?
You can enroll online through our website by clicking the "Enroll Now" button. The process takes about 5 minutes and includes selecting your program, choosing a class time, signing the consent form, and completing payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers through our secure online payment system powered by Stripe. We also offer flexible payment options including enrollment-only, autopay, and full program prepayment with discounts.
Can I change my class time after enrolling?
Yes, class time changes can be made by contacting our office. We will work with you to find an alternative time that fits your schedule, subject to availability.
Programs
How long are the programs?
Program duration varies: Anger Management, Substance Use, and Positive Parenting are 12 weeks. Domestic Violence programs are 26 weeks. Sex Offender Responsible Thinking (SORT) is an 18-month minimum program. Level 1 combined programs are 12 weeks.
Are classes online or in-person?
We offer both online and in-person class options to accommodate different preferences and schedules. All online classes are conducted via secure video conferencing with cameras required.
What happens if I miss a class?
Absence policies vary by program. Standard 12-week programs allow 2 absences, 26-week programs allow 4 absences, and SORT allows 3 absences per quarter. Absences must be communicated to staff. Missing more than the allowed absences may affect program completion.
Are drug screens required?
Yes, for most court-mandated programs. Anger Management, Substance Use, Positive Parenting, and Domestic Violence programs require 2-4 random drug and alcohol screens. SORT does not require drug screens. Each screen costs $35.
Court Requirements
Are your programs court-approved?
Yes, all of our programs meet state and county requirements for court-mandated treatment. We are recognized by courts statewide.
Do you send reports to my probation officer/attorney?
Yes, we provide direct reporting to judges, attorneys, probation officers, and other authorized parties. Progress reports include attendance, compliance, and treatment progress.
What if I am referred by multiple agencies?
We can coordinate reporting to multiple agencies simultaneously. During enrollment, you will authorize information sharing with all relevant parties.
Fees & Payment
How much do programs cost?
Enrollment fee is $50 for standard programs (AM, SACT, PP, DV) and $90 for SORT. Session fees are $35 for standard programs and $40 for SORT. We offer payment plans and discounts for autopay (5% off) and full program prepayment (10% off).
Do I have to pay for every class?
Yes, group fees are paid at the time service is provided. If unable to pay the full session fee, you will not receive credit for that session. You may attend without credit if you wish.
What if I can't afford the program?
We offer flexible payment options including weekly autopay plans. Contact our office to discuss payment arrangements that work for your situation.
Can I get a refund?
Enrollment fees are non-refundable. If you have paid for the full program upfront and need to discontinue, please contact our office to discuss your specific situation.
Attendance & Participation
What if I'm late to class?
If you arrive late, you will not receive credit for that session. Punctuality is required for all sessions.
Do I need to have my camera on during online classes?
Yes, during all online sessions you must be viewable on camera at all times, be in a room alone with no other people present, and actively participate.
What are the participation requirements?
Active participation is required in all sessions. This includes engaging in group discussions, completing assignments, and demonstrating respectful behavior toward facilitators and other participants.
Client Portal
How do I access the client portal?
After completing enrollment and payment, you will receive login credentials via email. The portal allows you to view your balance, track attendance, see program progress, and access your schedule.
Can I make payments through the portal?
Yes, you can make payments securely through the client portal using credit/debit cards or bank transfers.
Who do I contact if I have issues with my portal account?
Contact our office during business hours and we will assist you with any portal access or technical issues.
General
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid being marked absent. Contact our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Are your facilitators certified?
Yes, all of our facilitators are state-certified and court-approved with years of experience in behavioral health education.
Do you offer programs for universities?
Yes, we offer specialized programs for college students including Conflict Resolution, Alcohol & Drug Awareness, Healthy Relationships, and Student Leadership. These programs are Title IX compliant and customizable to university needs.
Do you provide corporate training?
Yes, we offer leadership and corporate programs including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Leadership Development, Conflict Management, and Team Building. All corporate programs are customized to meet your organization's specific needs.
